Seapark Homes Neshkov, owned by Tempo 9 Ltd, UIC203100132, in it’s role as Administrator of Personal Data, respects and applies the General Regulation for Data Protection 679/2016 of the European Commission’s 679, in force from 25.05.2018 on.

Your personal data is collected for a legitimate purpose of registration in the hotel and is kept for a period of time 5 years and is fully protected against third party access.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right of access
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) but later than the defined by the law term of conservation
• Right to restriction of processingunless this is related to our contractual relationship
• Right to data portability in a machine format

The Data of your children are collected only with your explicit consent and provided by you personally. We do not collect or store any special categories of data beyond the legitimate ones unless they are related to vital interests and are given by you personally.

We use Video surveillance in the hotel and its surroundings to protect you and our staff from unwanted actions. Records are kept for maximum 30 days. We don’t record biometrical data. We don’t monitor private rooms like guest rooms, bathrooms, changing rooms etc..
